As with all clients, REALTORS® should start by asking questions. What features in the home are important to their clients, what neighborhood would they prefer, etc. A green REALTOR® has the ability to ask the additional questions to clarify their clients’ desire to have certain energy efficiencies, air-purification systems, eco-friendly building materials, etc. A GREEN REALTOR® can provide information to their clients to help raise awareness of the importance of a home’s green features.
